How do I get
set up to purchase from
Continental?
In order to be set up as a customer you need
to send in a completed credit application, tax exempt form and
opening order. This paperwork can be secured from
your Sales Representative or Customer Service at
800-325-1051. You will need to contact your Sales
Representative to secure pricing.
Why do I
need a Customer number?
When you contact Customer Service
you need your customer number to secure your pricing - it is
for the customer's protection. Without your customer
number only list pricing can be given.
How can
I track my Purchase Order?
You can contact Customer Service
at 800-325-1051 to track your shipment. You can also be
set up with a login and password to track your orders on our
website. Contact Customer Service at 800-325-1051 for
more information.
Can I
purchase online from Continental Commercial Products?
Our website does not currently
support E-Commerce or online ordering.
Where
can I obtain Packing Slips, Invoices, and Proof of Deliveries?
Our website does not currently
provide this functionality, please contact Customer Service at
800-325-1051 for copies of these documents.

Do you
allow below minimum orders or broken cases with a charge ?
The minimum order amount is $300. However, CCP will process an order of at least $150 with a small order carge of $25.

What is
the lead time for private label?
The lead time for private label
is 8 weeks from date of approved artwork. If a custom
color is required the lead time could be longer.
